DiscoverLynchburg, in cooperation with the Virginia Tourism Corporation, invites you and your staff to attend the 2010 Hospitality Training “Great Customer Service Comes from the Heart”. This training is offered free of charge and will be held Thursday Feb 25th at the Kirkley Hotel in Lynchburg. There will be two sessions to choose from…the morning session from 9 to 11am, or the afternoon session from 2 to 4pm. This schedule will allow you and your staff flexibility in timing and be the least disruptive to your business day.
