Why I Serve on the Council:
I serve on the Leadership Lynchburg Council to give back what this program has given to me. My hope is to share my enthusiasm about the program with others in the community and strengthen the program with my fellow Council members.

Hobbies and Volunteer Commitments: 
My hobbies include cooking, running, travelling, continuing education, and spending time with family.

I volunteer with the YWCA of the USA as the Women Under 30 Task Force Co-Chair.  In this role, I have the opportunity to empower and work with other young women leaders across the country.  We focus on program development, event planning, and leadership development.  I also serve as Chair for the Virginia Sexual and Domestic Violence Action Alliance Child Advocacy Task Force (CATF).  The CATF focuses on the elimination of sexual and domestic violence for children and families.
