Why I serve on the Council: Serving on the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Lynchburg Council means more to me than just being on another committee or board. This is a real opportunity to help real people develop real lifelong leadership traits personally and professionally. My participation in Leadership Lynchburg truly helped shape my life and surroundings. I thought I was a leader before, but I was wrong. So everything that I have garnered over the past nine months, I would like to give that back plus more.

Hobbies and Volunteer Commitments: I am trying to currently get involved with model railroading as a hobby. As for volunteer commitments, I'm involved with Y.E.S. group (Lynchburg City Schools), Coalition for HIV Awareness and Prevention (C.H.A.P.), Young Leaders Society (United Way), and a Youth Basketball Coach (Parks and Rec) to name a few.
