Title:
Sr. Learning & Development Specialist

As a member of the Human Resources & Workforce Development teams at CENTRA, I have the opportunity to support and coach teams and individuals as we seek to attract, develop and retain the best of the best.  My educational background in Psychology and Community Counseling have enabled me to help organizations develop their most important asset - their people.

Why I serve on the Council:
I serve on the Council because I am passionate about development and understanding the importance of embracing who you are, where you come from and finding your strengths to drive personal and professional change. I believe Leadership Lynchburg is a valuable resource to help you do that.

Hobbies and Volunteer Commitments:
Community Trusteeship became a cause that I and my Leadership Lynchburg 35 team, Steppin’ Up, have become very passionate about. We continue to look for ways to incorporate this philosophy into future Leadership Lynchburg programs. I believe volunteering is part of our calling as leaders, and giving back is a way to influence and strengthen our community. Faith and family are the cornerstones of my life.  I also enjoy spending time with my husband, Toby, and daughter, Kylie Reese.
