My Profession:
After ten years of working in the field on various construction projects as a management trainee and project coordinator for English Construction Co., Inc., I now work full time for the two most important members of our family, my daughters.

Why I serve on the Council:
I serve the Leadership Lynchburg program because it has the potential to change each and everyone associated with it in a way that will not only better the individual but collectively our community. As a graduate of LL36, it certainly had a positive impact on my life.

Hobbies and Volunteer Commitments:
Having grown up farming in Pittsylvania County, I have a strong interest in agriculture especially the cattle industry and dedicate time serving national and regional entities that contribute to those under 21 who have that same interest. These entities include The Angus Foundation, The Atlantic National Angus Foundation and the Virginia Junior Angus Association. Locally, I serve Presbyterian Homes & Family Services and the Family Alliance as Director, Randolph College Nursery School as Vice Chair of it’s Advisory Board and Amazement Square as a member of it’s Ugly Bug Ball Event Committee.
