Why Leadership Lynchburg in Tough Economic Times?
With the economic uncertainty, the workplace has become a place of frayed nerves - layoffs, budget cuts, loss of talent, closings, etc. Leaders and middle managers who are most successful at overcoming these obstacles are ones that possess and utilize emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence (EI) is defined as finely honed "soft skills." Soft skills are essentially people skills -- the non-technical, intangible, personality-specific skills that determine your strengths as a leader, listener, negotiator, and conflict mediator.
Participants will be introduced to Emotional Intelligence (EI) to get a sense of their unique capabilities and preferences and how to use and build them to be more successful in a fast-paced workplace.
Through the unique team process of our curriculum, participants get to practice their emotional intelligence and receive valuable feedback on what they can do to become better leaders in the workplace. Be the kind of leader that others love to follow! Learn how in Leadership Lynchburg.
For an investment of less than $700, you can’t afford NOT to invest in this program!
